Dear Reader,
Today, much of America is celebrating freedom — and I find myself wanting to pause and ask a question that I think gets to the heart of everything we explore together in this community:
What does it actually feel like to be free?
Not the freedom that comes from external circumstances finally aligning. Not the freedom of having enough, or being safe enough, or being loved enough by the right people. But the freedom that no law, no relationship, no circumstance can grant or take away.
The freedom of coming home to yourself.
In the Vedic spiritual tradition, this is what liberation — moksha — actually means. Not independence from the world. Independence from the illusions, the inherited patterns, the trapped emotions, the subconscious beliefs that have been running our experience from below — often for years, often for generations — without our knowledge or consent.
This is the freedom worth celebrating. And it is available to every single one of us. Not as a future aspiration — as a lived, embodied, daily reality.
That is what Living Liberated is about. And it is what everything I am sharing with you today points toward.
